Zucchini Chocolate Chip Bread

Expertly spiced and full of home grown zucchini and chocolate chips this is the perfect summertime staple.  We like it alongside eggs, bacon and fresh fruit for breakfast, spread with peanut butter for a snack, or even with some freshly whipped butter and jam for dessert.  Zucchini bread freezes wonderfully, so you can always wrap it up and pull it out once those busy school mornings come around!
