Our Story

Welcome!

As a family, we have always, always loved to create.  I have spent my entire time as a parent with my children in the kitchen, teaching them to measure, to bake, to (sometimes unsuccessfully) clean up, but more than any of those things, I've wanted to pass on the importance of simplicity, in always dreaming for more, but still appreciating what you have in front of you.

So, in January of 2025, when my husband was very unexpectedly laid off in a mass layoff... the very first thing we did was mourn.

Then we panicked.

Then, we got to work.  We had lots of willing hands, a wide variety of skills that we have spent many many years building, and perhaps most importantly, a focus group of people with very strong opinions who I knew would only let me offer the best, tastiest creations I could manage. 

 

And so, our family business was born.  The kids named it.  They do the artwork and the packaging, my husband does the building, and so very much of the cleanup, and I do the baking.

Built with love, determination, community and a true belief that dreamers are built at home - with a combination of hard work, diligence and bravery, and strong, solid roots.
