Half Dozen Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins

In our home, these muffins are a sign that summer is well and truly in full swing.  Full of fresh garden zucchini, warming spices and of course, the always essential chocolate chips, these muffins never stay long enough to store.  Typically, when I make these, I'm surrounded by children asking how much longer they have to wait for them to cool before they can eat them.  These are easy to warm in the oven, and taste delicious with butter, or, if you're like my husband and oldest son, a smear of peanut butter will be the perfect addition.
