Half dozen Baked Cinnamon Sugar donuts

Coated in real butter and dipped in cinnamon sugar, these baked donuts are a definite sweet treat without being too heavy.  A slight crunch from the coating is the perfect compliment to the delicate cake flavor.  We love these with milk, fruit and cheese, and often wrap them up to eat in the woods while we watch the sunrise.
