Dozen Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies

There's something about these cookies with their mix of dark and milk chocolate that my whole family really loves.  They're soft and fudgy, with chocolate in every bite.  They pack perfectly in lunches, and can easily be heated up in the oven for that freshly baked taste.  The only problem is stopping after one!
